Mechanicsburg, PA — Make 2nd Floor Gallery, 105 S. Market St. in Mechanicsburg one of your stops this Christmas. Three exhibitions are currently on display, including the newly-opened Mini Masterpieces Exhibition. This exhibition opened on First Friday, December 4th, from 6 to 9 PM, and shall run through February. The Artist Appreciation Exhibition continues in the upstairs Nave. Over fifty artists contributed ninety works of art for this juried contest which includes cash prizes. This exhibition shall run through January.

On the first floor, as you pass the work of Joe Dudding, you’ll find the studio of painter Pat Koscienski and photographer Charlie Hubbard, the studio of Sue Himes and Linda Buckwalter, the studio of Lawrence & Tammi von Knorr, the photography room, and two other studios containting antique art and other examples by John Firestone, Alex Rosenkreuz, and others. The Mini Masterpiece Exhibition is also in one of the studios.

Upstairs, in the Narthex, it is your last chance to see exhibit from the photography group known as “The Mamarazzi.” Linda Benzon, Nancy Japak, Ellen Jenkins, Sherry Knowlton, Jean Macaluso, Linda Norman, Toni Semanko, and Irene Van Buskirk have come together to display their finest work – over 35 pieces in all on display.  This talented group is well-traveled, as evidenced by the subject matter, which spans the globe.

Also upstairs, numerous artists and styles are represented, including works by John Firestone, Lori Weaver, Jeff Wiles, Fritz VonderHeiden, Julie Riker, Ashley Nichole, Toni McGraw, Chris McDonel, Jacob Mazurek, Mary Masterilli, Carolyn Gibboney, Jonathan Frazier, Annette Braught, Cecilia Ash, and dozens more.

Please join us for our Third Saturday Artist Reception, December 19 from 6 pm to 9pm. There will be wine, hors d’ouvres, and live music.
